Step 1: (E)valuate.

We begin with a Solution Evaluation and Exploration Document or SEED(TM), as we call it. We work closely with your business users and support team members to help analyze the requirement from a 360 degree view while comparing it to standard solutions available. This helps each member of the team to get a clear understanding of the business need.

Step 2: (V)isualize.

In this step, we visualizing overall functionality of the solution from a business process stand-point. We look at the end-to-end business process with the aim of uncovering any hidden scenarios that may not have been considered in step 1.

Step 3: (O)bjectify.

Once we have enough information, we objectify the solution by laying down the framework for its interface as well as internal design. The design is then reviewed with all involved members of your team and their feedback is incorporated. This process helps all members of the team feel comfortable with the proposed solution and helps us to keep the design robust.

Step 4: (L)everage.

At this point, we begin to look into our personal code library to see if we can leverage existing code blocks. We modularize the code as much as possible to enable reuse, thereby cutting down the time required for building the final solution. It is important to mention though that we protect all proprietary code and information of our clients and such code is not reused.

Step 5: (V)alidate.

Once we have finalized complete requirements and identified all building blocks for the solution, we go through one final validation process. This helps us identify any missed requirements or pitfalls before coding commences and gets a final buy-in from the team members.

Step 6: (E)xecute.

The final step is execution, where we start building the solution for you. Having gone through the first five steps, there is a clear understanding of your requirements and overall design. This helps minimize the time required and overall cost of development.
